| Low-Fogging Transfer Adhesive for Urethane Bonding | |  Unifilm® U797A is a low-fogging acrylic transfer adhesive that delivers high performance bonding to urethane foams as well as low surface energy materials and many metals. This transfer adhesive meets many automotive specifications from GM, Ford, and Chrysler and provides high tack, excellent resistance to chemicals and water, and superior performance over a wide temperature range.
Supplied with an 83# natural polycoated release liner, U797A can be laminated to foam for gasketing and sound damping, application of rubber extrusions and decorative parts, and product assembly.

| Heat-Activated Adhesive Bonds to Difficult Surfaces | |  Scapa A1179GHS-PE Acrylic Foam Tape provides a structural bond to extrusions that typically present challenging adhesion problems. | Halogen-free Tape Performs at High Temperatures | |  For automotive wire harness applications requiring Class-T4 temperature resistance, Scapa Automotive has introduced Scapa 1810, a patented, halogen-free tape that exhibits excellent performance at high temperatures between -30 and 150ºC. The product is a cost-effective replacement for nylon sleeves where low to medium abrasion resistance is required.
Scapa 1810 unrolls easily without fraying, and offers good tensile strength and abrasion resistance. The product is self-extinguishing on the wire harness, minimizing fire risks. The product conforms to European Directive 2000/53/EC for End of Vehicle Life (ELV) recycling, and meets the global requirements of Ford ESXU5T1A303AA type D01-00 automotive specifications.
